We were long term guests at Kevin's place and we overall enjoyed it! We had a few things to get sorted out initially but Kevin was available to help with anything we needed and took our concerns seriously! Once settled in it was a calm and easy two months, and felt like it's own little apartment. We enjoyed the backyard right out the door and nearby dedicated parking. Only unfixable issue is the fact that this rental shares a wall with (but no common spaces) to a four bedroom other rental that could get a bit loud due to the lack of noise insulation. We were super thankful to Kevin for letting us and our pets stay with him!
Kevin’s place was very nice and had a great kitchen. I would say that it was clean and he had most of what we needed at the house. Overall very nice.
