Each of the three bedrooms within the main villa is elegantly appointed, featuring king-size beds, sumptuous linens, and private ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and soaking tubs. This place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures didn’t do it justice at all. It’s so much more beautiful in person. This is a gated community and the area is super quiet and peaceful. Views are wonderful. The only issue we encountered were ants because the space is so open. Otherwise, absolutely perfect stay. Will be staying again soon!
Upon arrival to the property the host never sent how to get in the place or anything. The host never sent no information about house rules, but there was someone waiting there for us to get in so I do appreciate that.. but still no communication from the actual host. I even messaged the host & all they did was read it. During the entire stay ALL the showers waters were freezing cold. The freezer went out so all of our food went to waste as well as the microwave went out during the stay. One of the rooms power was out the entire stay which made it very hard to enjoy the stay. Ants were everywhere including the beds itself. Overall the house is a beautiful property. I spent over $4,000 to stay in the aesthetically pleasing home but I would not visit this property again due to the inconvenience it has caused. I would not recommend this property.
What a great place to stay. This little gem is everything you need to relax and make memories. Breath taking views, perfect Floorplan and secured in a gated community. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean or watching the stars at night this is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The perfect getaway!!!

My experience at this villa in Sint Maarten was nothing short of exceptional. I chose this destination to celebrate my 30th birthday with my closest friends, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the host, Pooja, and the manager, Ricardo, were committed to providing top-notch customer service. Pooja and Ricardo went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Their dedication was remarkable; they seamlessly handled everything from pre-arrival grocery shopping to coordinating with decorators and arranging transportation. Their attentiveness truly made us feel pampered and cared for throughout our entire stay. Now, let's talk about the villa itself. It's an absolute gem. The pictures online don't even begin to capture its true beauty. Every room in the villa offers a breathtaking view of the water, making it feel like a luxurious oasis. Waking up to such stunning scenery every morning was an experience we'll never forget.
