The cabin was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Perfect for a girl’s or family trip! My only critique is that there was a terrible smell in the dishwasher. It may need to be professionally cleaned. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Really lovely and clean professionally managed place with lots to do in the house for a large group. WiFi a little slow. Note: they provided very small amounts of things like dish soap, trash bags and paper towels so you will want to bring your own.

This place was fantastic for our family to all be together to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also be together for meals and playing games. This house was perfect from top to bottom and spared no expense when it came to the decor, furniture and amenities. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, or gathering around the fire pit outside that provided an amazing view. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything seemed brand new and we kept commenting the entire time how nice everything was and all the extra details they put into everything. We enjoyed the pool table, the large fireplace in the living room and the games that were provided. We would love to stay at this house again the future to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday. Our only suggestions for improvement are glass wine glasses and the basement was colder than we would have liked.

After noticing that the hot tub was not working upon arrival we contacted the host and were offered to have someone sent out while we were there to fix it as the main reason we booked this house was it fit our family and had a hot tub which we look forward to every year. We were then ignored and sent the same message that local support would reach out every time we reached out about if someone was coming to fix it. After our check out time this morning while driving home we received a call from support letting us know they were sending someone to look at the hot tub knowing we already checked out as they acknowledged that. They then offered a refund and gave back $30 after the large amount we spent for the house for the weekend again solely because of the hot tub which was unusable. The lack of customer service was honestly appalling considering i use this company almost every year for our annual family trip. Will definitely not be returning or recommending.
