Beautiful property! The pictures do not do this listing justice. Again, the actual house is better in person than the pictures. The hospitality of the company was great, responding quickly to messages. We drove 7 hours to the property for my graduation at CNU and needed to fit my huge family. Be mindful to plan or assign rooms due to 4 of the rooms being on the 2nd floor of the main house and the another 2 rooms are located in the apartment above the garage (upstairs). Only 2 other cottages attached to the home were on the 1st floor. This was no problem for me but the older family members were not happy about climbing stairs :/ (even though I sent them the info ahead of time). Anywho, just plan ahead. The main house has a Master bedroom with a room attached with bunk beds. I assigned these 2 rooms to my cousin and his wife whom has three children. We felt at home, the grocery store was about 23 minutes away, restaurants were about the same distance. Beautiful View! Will visit again.

The best part about this location is how massive it is. It gave us exactly the room we needed for our retreat. However, it is not what we would describe as clean. Cobwebs everywhere, dead bugs in beds, mold floating in the coffee pots water tank, the floors feels like they haven’t been mopped in years, towel racks in the bathroom hanging by the screws, the beds were loud and not the most comfortable in the bunk room, kitchen utensils and dishes were lacking, a slightly aggressive wild dog that kept ripping in to the trash cans at night and then was far to comfortable with coming closer to the house, the internet is so bad it’s worse than dial up. The stove top was really hard to cook on since it wasn’t heating up well. This location needs a really good deep clean and update to everything. If you’re more concerned with space and price, this is the place to go. But be aware, bring everything you will ever need with you.
