Welcome to The Addition! This is a newly built 2 story 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The guest suite is attached to the right side of our home with seperate entrance. You will have the entire suite to yourself. Open concept living room/kitchen on the main floor. Equipped with all the kitchen essentials and washer/dryer. 2 bedrooms and bathroom on second level. Free wi-fi, 50" wall mounted TV with Chromecast to stream your own personal subscription to Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. Free parking on property with plug.

This is our best Airbnb stay so far in Winnipeg! This place makes my family with an infant comfortable. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with our needs regardless of the time. We will surely book them again. For me, their airbnb space is jaw dropping!
We loved staying here and Kathleen was a great host! She was very responsive. The b and b was lovely, and extremely comfortable. Wonderful value. We recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Great place very quiet and close to amenities
The addition is a great place to stay, the neighborhood is quite and close to the perimeter

Residential area, mostly single family homes, located near the perimeter highway east of the city. Fairly quiet but some highway noise can be heard as we live near the perimeter. Parks and playgrounds nearby.
Playground, parks and convenience store are walking distance. Parking is available on front driveway
