Horrible experience from start to finish! When we landed in London, I had a message about a check in time delay and issue with a sink.That was just the beginning of a really unpleasant and bitter experience. There was a stench of mold, as well as no mop and hoover. Host agency during their 9:00-17:00 working hours were unreachable most of the time. Internet access lasted only three out of seven days and the host agency did not promise to fix the problem. Our complains to the Airbnb support escalated into a nightmare, culminating in a message from them about a last-minute eviction notice at 5:40 PM on the day before our check out, while we were out and about. So, sick worried about what they might do, we rushed back to the house . There was a continuous drilling noise from construction site just one house away from us.Mind, that was not mentioned when we enquired about our stay. I would never recommend this Airbnb accommodation to anyone. Staying in there ruined our London experience!

King Charles Place is in an amazing location! It’s down a quiet cobblestone street and you feel like you are going back in time but then you open the door to a completely renovated modern flat. Very cool! The flat is within walking distance of everything you would want to see and close to all amenities. Check in was seamless and Ellie with Finest Retreats was absolutely delightful!

Great place in a perfect location for museums, Hyde park, Royal Albert Hall and all the other main attractions. Very spacious and luxurious.

The house was amazing, and the location was ideal. Situated right in the heart of Kensington, it’s just a short walk to Harrods and the Museum of Nature. Plus, there are some incredible little restaurants nearby.

Wonderful place, perfectly located and really quiet. I will definitely come again next time I am in London.
