A lovely house with nice garden & good facilities. Great location, nice countryside nearby & easy to get into Oxford. Comfy beds, lovely showers. Ruth was a very responsive host & very helpful. Would recommend.

We stayed at Ruth’s property as a family (Parents, kids & grandchildren), using it as our base for an extended family celebration. The house was perfect for our needs, with plenty of space for the little ones to play, and for the adults to socialise in the evenings. Ruth responded promptly to any queries we had, all communications were friendly and instructions were clear. There is parking both in front and behind the house, with easy access, which was a bonus, as we had three cars! The house is very well equipped with pretty much everything one needs for a stay there (especially the kitchen). We didn’t use them, but there is a small convenience store and a pub within a short walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend it as a place to stay. Thank you, Ruth.

Great host and house, even better than described! Lots of space for our party of 8. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. V easy to get to Oxford via local bus (stop 1 min from house) or Park and Ride. V comfortable house for cooking and relaxing in after full days of walking and sightseeing. Recommend. Thank you Ruth.

Thank you so much for this space, Ruth. Its so homey that oir friends who arrived mid-week kept thinking it was actually our home! We were really able to relax in the space. Will highly recommend to others.
