Lovely cottage within walking distance of Wells. Cosy living room and large, clean kitchen. Some homely touches missing, like hangers and mirrors in bedroom, and no information about the local area, restaurants or places to visit. No microwave. Main issue was not being told about the free parking outside the house. This would have made our check in far less stressful as we walked from the recommended car park with wheelchair, dog and bags. Owner didn’t send code or respond to message and phone number provided didn’t work so then had to walk back to car park after half an hour in the cold and contacting Airbnb support. Code was then sent and, once we got in, it was a comfortable and well situated property.
