A home away from home. Emmas place gives you a hug the minute you walk through the door. There's everything you need and the location is perfect. We stayed here as we were attending the Glastonbury Medieval Fayre - only a 20min drive away. It was so lovely to be able to have the door open on an evening and listen to the bird song. And the field just by the house is brilliant for walking your 4 legged friend. Would absolutely not hesitate to come back here. Beautiful in every way!

If you are going to wookey hole this is a perfect air BnB. A minutes walk from the showcase and everything else. Was a little cold when we first arrived but the heating works well and is easy to operate. Is good for walking if you want to, right on the footpath. Parking is ok. A bit tight at the cottage but plenty of parking a stones throw away. One of the beds is a little noisy and if you don’t like stairs it can be challenging. But the house is great. Clean and well furnished. Well worth the money.

What a gem of a place! Much bigger than we expected from the photos, plenty of room for my husband and I, our 4 boys and our whippet. Loved the décor throughout and a great selection of toys/books/games for us to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cookware, and I have enjoyed leafing through the recipe books! We either parked at the top, or the bottom of the hill. Field around the corner was perfect for the boys and dog to run off steam. We enjoyed several local walks directly from the property- our favourite was the scenic walk into Wells through farmland and back along the West Mendip Way, just beautiful.

Emma’s place a a lovely house. Really homely, comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen with everything you need. Exactly as described. The hill is very steep, but we were able to walk to the Wookey Hole Inn (great food and service). Parking was easy too. At one point we were blocked in but the very friendly neighbours moved for us saying they were used to this. There is more parking up the hill if needed. The area has lots to do. Our purpose was to go to Cheddar Gorge for cave-aged cheese and the caves. Definitely worth a visit! The house really is a great place to stay. Comfortable, really quiet despite being a terrace, lovely views and perfect location. Thank you Emma!
