We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Hayloft. The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook our own meals and have relaxing evenings in with the kids. Communication with Sue was excellent and we really appreciated the extra efforts she made to make us all feel at home - including fresh scones on arrival, providing some great local walk recommendations and a box of toys for our little ones to play with. Best of all was the beautiful surrounding countryside. We left wishing we could stay for longer and would almost certainly visit again if the opportunity arose!

We absolutely adored our stay here; it ranks among the top Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The breathtaking view stole our hearts from the moment we arrived. The spacious accommodations provided a sense of privacy that was truly appreciated. Our mornings were made perfect by sipping coffee in the serene private garden, basking in the warm sunshine, and marveling at the lush green fields stretching before us. Strategically located, this place serves as an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Somerset. Highlights such as Wells and Cheddar are conveniently just a 10-minute drive away, making it effortless to delve into the region's treasures. Moreover, the owners' kindness added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The thoughtful gesture of fresh flowers and scones upon arrival was a delightful touch that made us feel truly welcomed.

Sue is a very thoughtful host. Four of us stayed there for 2 nights over the weekend to access Cheddar Gorge. We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view in the backyard. The size of the house was much larger than we thought judging from the pictures (it’s double storey). Sue also kindly left some scones for us. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We all had amazing sleeps!

Wow, what a beautiful place! The Hayloft has to be one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in! It is clean (very clean) and well equipped including superfast internet access. The accommodation is modern and nicely decorated with thoughtful touches that made us feel very much at home. The countryside views are stunning. On the day we arrived, we were fortunate enough to be greeted by about 50 sheep grazing less than 20 feet away from the huge living room window – our children were completely amazed! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby fields and picture-postcard villages. The Hayloft exceeded our expectations and left us wanting to return. We are already planning our next stay, and this time it will be for more than just a couple of days. Sue and Paul were incredibly welcoming; every detail was taken care of to make our stay unforgettable – it was. Thank you both very much for sharing the Hayloft with us! Yours sincerely Joseph
