Just returned home from what I can only describe as an amazing weekend at an outstanding property. As soon as we walked through the door it had the wow factor, beautifully decorated, plenty of space for 4 adults and with everything you require from a home from home. The greeting with Emily’s sheep was a HUGE added bonus. What a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Emily and her beautiful property and will most definitely be back.

Had a lovely couple days, Emily was amazing throughout our stay! We got to meet the sheep and both location and accommodation were fantastic! We would definitely go back and recommend this place in a heart beat. :)

Just home from a fantastic 3 nights at Emily's place at Theale. The place is easy to find with clear instructions. Plenty of space to park as we had two cars. As for the accommodation, wow! It was lovely! The kitchen is well equipped enabling us to cook each night, lots of seating and love the fairy lights! Lovely lounge area with TV and fire, easy to use heating and constant hot water. The bathroom was spotless and the 2nd toilet useful! Comfy beds and peaceful for sleeping! Can't fault it and would highly recommend it!

Orchard Corner is a lovely, quiet cottage surrounded by fields and friendly sheep. The large kitchen and open plan lounge makes it easy to socialise with everyone and keep an eye on little one's whilst preparing lunch and tea. A perfect balance of rustic farmhouse with a modern look made us feel very at home throughout our stay. One drawback which may be on our part rather than the host, was the size of the beds - used to a spacious super king at home, the double in our room we found too small, both of us average build and height, it was a little uncomfortable at times. We also had our 18m old son in the second bedroom which we used as a nursery, and found the hallway lights a bit of a pain that they were on a sensor (we couldn't find a way to switch them off) so we couldn't check up on him without the light shining into the room. We all had a lovely stay and found the cottage perfect for relaxing in at the end of a long day sightseeing in the local area.
