A fully stocked chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, while the coffee bar offers a great spot to prepare your morning cup of coffee. The game room, both indoor and outdoor, is a fantastic place to entertain the young and young at heart. The extensive patio, dock, and pool area offer ample space for outdoor relaxation and fun. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the massive 3-side balcony while taking in the breathtaking views of the canal. Dine al-fresco on the large patio with enough seating for the whole family. Explore the canal and the surrounding area with the bikes or kayaks available right from the dock. Book your stay now and experience the best of waterfront living! The property includes 4 kayaks, 6 bicycles (4 adult size, 2 youth size), helmets, and life jackets. Please note that we do not have direct access to the Gulf for larger boats. There is a low bridge to navigate below and if you have a hard top bimini, your boat will likely be too tall. We do have space in the driveway to park a boat and are close to the boat launch.

Our stay at Casa Menta was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool, bikes, kayaks, blackstone, kitchen, fire pit, and all that the house offered. We would definitely come back for another visit!
The home was absolutely beautiful & the amenities provided were great. We noticed the host only had 1 set of paper towels & no cleaning supplies,it was provided shortly after by their cleaning lady. The cleaning lady was met at the front door by one of our friends while the rest of us were enjoying the kayaks & by the pool. Shortly after this was reported to the host that the cleaning lady had physically counted 20 people at the home. Our guest all drove separately so the driveway was completely full. We immediately started getting very concerned and frustrated with the host and the accusation that was being made against us. The communication between the host and airbnb was very stressful and very demanding that we had to prove that 20 people were not inside the home or to simply leave immediately. Our short vacation started to become a nightmare and we have never had this experience before. The amount of money and traveling expenses put into this trip was not worth the headache.
Can’t say enough great things about our stay at Casa Menta. Both the house and location were perfect and Joe and Colleen are fantastic hosts. They were very responsive to any questions we had and they provided so many great amenities for having fun around the house and exploring the area. We had a blast and are already looking for our next chance to come back!
