The accommodation has two floors: On the ground floor there is the kitchen, with access to a small covered patio, the living-dining room, a toilet, the terrace and the parking lot; The upper floor has a small hall, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a 4-piece bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed, a crib, a dressing area and a four-piece en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances to make your stay more comfortable: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc., as well as crockery, cutlery and cleaning products, all at your disposal. Unser Aufenthalt in Agaete hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung. Leider war es an manchen Stellen nicht so sauber (Flecken auf dem Sofa, Krümel auf dem Boden). Es gab aber einen Staubsauger, sodass man letzteres beheben konnte. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber und ruhig. Durch den Zaun und das Tor durch das man mit dem Auto fährt, haben wir uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation lief super und wir bekamen bei Fragen schnell eine Antwort. Im Allgemeinen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Velice nádherné a čisté prostředí. Hostitel vždy rychle odpovídal, pokyny byly jasné. Jen je škoda, že zde nebyla možnost domácího grillu. Grillování ale plnohodnotně nahradí místní restaurace. Můžeme jen doporučit!
Sarton Inversiones were always very helpful and quick to respond. The property was fresh and clean and just what we needed. We loved the gated entry into the lovely, beautifully lit estate as it made us feel safe and in a private nest away from the hustle and bustle. It was lovely to be near a more rural town centre where the locals would venture, but also be within walking distance to more holiday tailored restaurants. Would recommend grabbing an ice cream down by the pier and walking to near the natural pools to watch the sunset! The whole town felt very safe and everyone would say ! ola!to each other. A local shop is open until late and has everything you need if you want to cook in, and the air bnb has facilities for this. Enjoy!
Sinceramente no se puede pedir más de un alojamiento. La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones, tanto de limpieza como de mantenimiento. Era tremendamente espaciosa y cómoda. La urbanización es de las zonas más tranquilas que puedes encontrar en la isla. La comodidad del acceso y del parking y la seguridad de la valla en la entrada de la urbanización también se valoran. En cuanto al contacto con la propiedad, en todo momento se mostraron atentos y amables. Además, nos faltaban un par de toallas al llegar, y a la mañana siguiente ya teníamos 6 toallas de repuesto. Increible. Además la llegada autónoma y flexible es muy cómoda y nos facilitó el viaje y planearlo. El día de salida se nos pasó la hora y fueron totalmente comprensivos. Para acabar, el precio está genial. Realmente no se le puede pedir más a un apartamento.

For nature lovers, the Huerto de las Flores and the Tamadaba Natural Park offer the opportunity to enjoy it without leaving Agaete.
If you want to use public transport, the accommodation is located just a few minutes from public transport stops, both to reach Agaete (7 minutes on foot) and to go to other municipalities (3 minutes on foot).
