Located in a quiet area of Bangkok away from the tourist but not away from the main city. Nearby local restaurants, supermarkets and quick access to the Skytrain make this place the perfect location to getaway from the crowds but still short distance away from the main city. Sleeps 2 guest comfortably but if a 3rd guest wishes to stay, a fold out mattress will be provided for a small fee quiet room away from all the tourists but close to everything you might need like supermarkets, night markets, local food and a quick walk to the Skytrain to get you into town

We had 2nights stayed at John places, he's very friendly, helpful and responsive person. We had issues on the room and he solved it immediately. The environment is quiet and it's near to university and residents area. Don't worries on the food and noisy at the midnight.
Excellent place. Reasonable price with the quality worthy of the price. The bathroom is a bit tight. It's a bit far from the main road when you come in by taxi, but you can walk to the nearest BTS station through the shortcut. The local market is just a 5-minute walk from the place. John is kind and responsive.
John is nice and friendly person show me alot of information when being ask responsive and patient guy definitely if i come here i look for him again
