This place is great and super clean. Girma the host is super responsive and will address any issues or concerns you might have instantly. Although to be honest I had no issues to address because the place is brand new and everything works as it should. The kitchen is filled with everything needed to cook your meals and the place is kept clean at all times. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay if you’re working or visiting the area.

The stay was very pleasant. Newly built house so everything was very neat and clean. Owner was respectful and friendly. GPS will tell you it’s near the model homes but it’s actually closer to the entrance of the neighborhood. I appreciate that there’s an iron table and fresh towels. Bed is clean and has neutral designed sheets. Had a great sleep with a comfortable mattress and blanket. Peaceful neighborhood. Simple house rules. Felt private in staying in my room. Not that far away from downtown Austin. I would definitely stay again next time I go to Austin.
