One of the beds fell apart when a guest first sat on it. Examination of the wreckage revealed split lumber and insufficient supports. That guest slept on the couch. The second bed fell apart on night two and the couple had to move the mattress to available space on the first floor. Third bed had same shoddy construction, we slept in apprehension of immanent collapse. Host was responsive but it wasn't practical to rebuild splintered bed frames before bedtime. Also, each bed is against a wall. One guest must climb over the other for entry and exit. One shared bathroom. Property not safe for toddlers as cleaning supplies within easy reach. Good location, 20 minutes from downtown and R&R museum, walkable neighborhood.

Holiday is a gracious host! We are from Northeast Ohio and hosted a family dinner. Bonus, while it took me much longer than expected to pick up my 82 year old retired parents, who aren’t used to time constraints, my husband was easily able to walk to the grocery store and pick up additional provisions. Very convenient
