The house was perfect for us. We wanted to be near Ithaca, which we were, and we planned to go up to Geneva, NY which we did! Great location!

Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Karlie’s! We visited family in Freeville, approx. 30 mins away and visited several worthwhile spots (Ports of New York, Found in Ithaca, Muranda Cheese, Community Restaurant). It’s a lovely place and we felt very comfortable! Karlie was quick to respond to my questions and gave clear instructions! We weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities, but it looks like it would be so nice in the warmer weather! Thank you Karlie, for a great stay!

We loved our stay here. Easy to find, quiet and secluded. A perfect little getaway for our small family. The kitchen had plenty of space and utensils for home cooking. Living area was open and welcoming. Bedrooms were cosy and beds extremely comfortable. We would love to come back here in summer to use the outdoor area.

What a beautiful home with all the amenities! Was a great getaway for a girls trip to relax. Karlie was wonderful at providing details and instructions from check in to check out. Location was peaceful and relaxing (especially the hot tub). Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future!
