Such a beautiful place to stay. As per the description, only a hundred or so feet away from a beautiful beach. Their condo is almost as close as one can get in the complex. The grounds were tropically lucious and well maintained. AC kept us cool. There is a beach less than a mile north that has amazong snorkeling. We loved all the kitchen amenities, pots, pans, oils, and dishes. Everything was clean when we arrived and instructions were clear. Host was quickly responsive when we had questions. 5/5, we would check if this place is available first next time we travel to kona.

This is a wonderful condo complex and we were lucky to find this condo available during our visit. The beach just next to the complex is really wonderful and we (and lots of others!) came out for the sunsets every night! Very close to the Keauhou Shopping Center with everything you could possibly need.

This place was beautiful and in a perfect location near the private cove. Just a minute's walk to the private beach! The back patio faced a line of trees, you don't even see the neighbors. The accommodations were very comfortable. The separate air-conditioning in each room was super convenient with our group having different temperatures comfort levels. We were very pleased with our stay!

We had a great stay at Ann and Gary’s. After spending some time at one of the Waikoloa resorts, we were excited to have more room for our family of four to spread out, as well as a fully functional kitchen and two bathrooms and showers. The location was a great launching pad for seeing the rest of the Big Island, and we had amazing snorkelling just down the street, a 10 minute walk away. Not to mention how awesome the tennis/pickle ball courts were for keeping us busy in the evenings once the sun went down on the private access beach. The pool in the complex was large and the perfect temperature, a great way to cool off.
