Enjoy a unique experience at this comfortable centrally-located place. Located just 10 minutes off of interstate 95. Welcome to Cozy Corner. Our guesthouse is attached to our main home and has a private entrance, fenced in patio and off street parking. There are no shared spaces so the entire place is yours. This is a small guest house so please limit occupancy to two persons and/or a child max. We welcome any well behaved dog. Anything other than that please leave at home. The place includes everything you’d expect in a hotel plus a fully furnished kitchen, outdoor patio and study/work area. This is a unique stay that offers privacy and easy access to the Woodbridge area. Located 10 minutes off of interstate 95. There is also a great Taqueria restaurant next door that serves good tacos. Ample side walks and biking paths make exploring the area a little more fun. We have a pair of adult bicycles available to use if walking is not your thing. Enjoy your stay!

Don’t miss the Mexican restaurant!
Super cute place and perfect for two of us and our Chihuahuas. The fenced in area for the dogs (complete with a doggy bag station) was super convenient. We echo the thoughts of other guests regarding the taqueria next door - it was delicious and authentic. We do acknowledge that it’s a nosy location due to the main road but we are used to noises to at night (train) so it didn’t bother us. We didn’t use the earplugs but they were appreciated. We would definitely stay again.
this place was super cute! Loved the decor, the fenced-in backyard for my dog, and how walkable the neighborhood was. The taqueria right across was also really good. Linda provided very clear instructions. Everything I could've possibly needed was in this Airbnb, which made for a comfortable stay!
I appreciated many items provided for comfort. great lighting. Great bed. Loved that we were just very close to a million stores but the house itself was on a pretty empty stretch of road. appreciated detailed directions provided pre checkin.
Perfect spot! Close to the mall and 3 steps away from a delicious Mexican restaurant! Very private.

The Lake Ridge neighborhood is a mostly residential urban area. But is rapidly developing with many new shopping and dining options and several shopping centers.
There are sidewalks and biking paths on both sides of the road with a library, shopping plaza and park all within 5 - 10 minutes walking. There is a bus stop located just 3 minute walk from our place. Don Sebas Taqueria restaurant is located directly next to the guest house and offers very delicious tacos. We have a pair of adult bicycles available to use if walking is not your thing.
Parking is located behind the Taqueria restaurant. Park along the wooden fence in the back next to the metal gate. There is a driveway on the right side of Prince William Pkwy. It will be immediately before you get to the Taqueria restaurant. This driveway runs between the restaurant and a long wooden privacy fence. If you have difficulty finding the parking area call me and I will direct you where to park.
