This place was well suited for our stay. The one thing that was very annoying was the noise upstairs & the dogs constant barking. It was the holiday but if I had known there was going to be a party we probably would not of stayed as it was very disruptive. The host was very nice & worked w/ me to come back & get our things.

My family of 4 people stayed at Jorge's basement for 20 days and it was great. We enjoyed the billiards table a lot. The projector is outdated with poor color, a good projector would provide guests with many good hours of movie. Jorge's communication is excellent.

This is a fully finished basement of a home NOT a separate apartment. It is as described with the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and theater. Best part is the Ping Pong, Foosball, and Pool table. My teenagers and husband really enjoyed those three things. Due to this being a basement, you can hear everything from upstairs (dogs barking, loud talking, stomping on the floor, etc). This was very disturbing as a guest who is paying for enjoyment and quietness. My husband and I were up every morning at th gym but we're unable to get a mid-morning nap or our teenagers unable to sleep in due to the noise. This also occurred later in the evening as well. The location was great to everything; about 15 minutes from most major retailers. Washington DC was just a 35 minute drive to the National Mall. There is no dedicated parking. There are spots that are available on a first come, first serve basis or your parking out of the main cul-de-sac which was not pleasant. The neighbors have cameras and it is an HOA neighborhood. We had to move our vehicle several times although we were not blocking any driveways. Although we mostly enjoyed the stay and the price was right with four guests, we will not be staying here again due to the noise level and parking situation. I will gladly pay for those two things. Jorge communicated very well and anything we requested for (i.e. Toilet paper and blanket) was delivered right away. Again, lovely basement in their home but not for us.

great. no temp control or hot water in shower. other than that. we had a great stay. I would use him again.
