Svat’s place is gorgeous, super clean and filled with all the amenities we needed. Kitchen nice and big Pool was great place to hang out by. Great location, close to museums and beaches, parks. Loved it! I would highly recommend it.

The amenities were amazing, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The house itself was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 5-bedroom house in Sarasota, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spacious, beautifully decorated interior and the meticulous attention to detail in every room. The bedrooms were all generously sized, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The master suite, in particular, was a luxurious retreat with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The open-plan living area was perfect for our group, offering ample seating, a large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. Super convenient location, close to airport, downtown, St Armand’s and Lido beach. Also right down the street from the Rinling museum and Jungle gardens. In a nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself is completely professionally remodeled with everything high end, luxurious and new. It has tons of space. Upon arrival it was easy to get in and everything was squeaky clean. Great heated pool and cozy backyard. Svat is very friendly and has good communication, he’s a great host. Will definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful and beautiful vacationing place. Inside the house it is all brand new everything feels good and smells so clean. Really pretty. Theres a cool pretty big pool which all the kids (and parents) loved. Lots of toys to play with as well like floaties and other kids toys to play with around the pool or in. Kitchen has all the useful utensils which is very helpful. Very happy we chose this very house. We thank the owner lots. Dont regret anything. Totally recommend.
