Our apartment is calm and comfortable, fully fitted to work from home. Located within leafy surroundings, 12km from Brisbane City, it is next to a main road that can take you directly to the city in 20-30 mins. The living room opens up into two balconies, which provide a beautiful breeze on warmer days and lots of natural light to the space. Street parking and visitor parking are available nearby. Please note some plants in images will be removed prior to your stay. A modern apartment on the ground floor containing 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a relaxing living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two workstations and two balconies. Workstations include two standup desks, comfortable desk chairs, and two LG monitors, which easily connect to your laptop. 2 min walk: Bus stop for bus lines 353, 350 which can take you to Chermside and to the City. 2 mins walk: McDowall Village Shopping Centre which contains a Pharmacy, Doctors, Supermarket and few food options. 5-10 min walk: Chermside Hill Reserve which has some of our favourite bush walks. This is our home, which we love, and we are excited that others get to enjoy it too.
Great location, amenities as described. Everything needed for a short or long stay. Very quiet area
Its a well maintained and clean property. Looks just like in pics, actually even more spacious.
Place was easy to find, accessible parking, the house was extremely lovely and homely and had absolutely everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The main bedroom bed was absolutely huge and extremely comfortable. The instruction booklet left behind was very helpful in where to find the bin area. Such a great price for a lovely home, will definitely be booking again.
McDowall is a leafy quiet suburb just 20-30mins from the city and 10 mins from Chermside Shopping Centre and transport hub.
Chermside Hill Reserve entrance is 5-10 mins walk away which has many bushwalks to be enjoyed.
Bunyaville Conservation Park is a 5 min drive where you can enjoy a picnic or do some bushwalking.
It is 5 min drive to Everton Park Plaza where you can find a variety of restaurants, Coles, fruit & veg market and NODO doughnuts.
Aspley Hypermarket is a 7 min drive which has Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and a variety of other stores.
You can find parking at the front of the unit block on Beckett Rd, as well as visitor parking behind the unit block.
