Bedroom 2 is arranged with two single beds and Bedroom 3 can be arranged with either two single beds or king bed (please advise of your bedroom arrangements when booking). Each bedroom and the kids retreat have built-in robes. All bedrooms and main living area have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning units. The main bathroom is also located at this end of the home with a separate toilet and powder room. Surrounding the property is Koala Conservation Bushland and plenty of greenery. Enjoy a BBQ or drinks on the patio as you look out to the neighbouring cows and Kookaburras. Plenty of birds live here and the odd Kangaroo can be seen feeding and sleeping under a tree. Living on acreage, the best way to get around is via car. There is ample room to park at the rear of the house next to the staircase. Currently the parking is not covered but is shaded by the home for half of the day. NB. there is a dirt road leading to the property, approx. 1km long. It is lined with beautiful trees, however it can make your car dirty - It's all apart of the country experience!
