自我介绍

My partner Pedro and I made the decision to put our residence at the disposal of all those who, like us, like to know the world, share their friendship and have healthy experiences where cultural enrichment and relationships take precedence. We like to receive and have endeared many by being good hosts and friends. We greatly appreciate a good healthy lifestyle, play sports, take the way in which we eat seriously, we love to cook and do it well. Our friends admire us for all these things and we love to make them feel good and please them. I lived in Cuba and in France a few years before settling in Puerto Rico which allowed me to nurture some interesting things that I love to share. Particularly in the kitchen! My style of cooking is varied with influences from many of the world's cuisines and some creativity. Pedro, is multifaceted! He is an artist, fisherman, builder, and high performance athlete with great sporting achievements during his career in swimming, even internationally. He's fun, educated, happy and has a great sense of humor, he’s persevering and full of optimism. We love to read and discuss issues about different philosophies and ways of thinking but we respect the individuality of each person. We enjoy holidays and we dancing non-stop! We like to travel and have had the opportunity to visit countries and cities such as Peru, Canada, the western United States, Miami, Manhattan, Connecticut, France widely, Italy, Luxembourg, Brussels, Spain, Tunisia, Istambul, Greece, Bali, Russia, Dominican Republic, many of the small islands of the Caribbean, Costa Rica and Cuba where both were born. We bought this farm 10 years ago and not stopped building upon it with our own hands. Everything we have built which we enjoy today reflects our personalities and our love. Welcome to Mont Carpe Diem.
