Welcome to your dream vacation destination! This massive vacation rental is an absolute paradise on 25 acres, just 3 miles outside of downtown Jacksonville for those seeking luxury, comfort, and a plethora of amenities. Situated on a sprawling estate, this property boasts 16 spacious beds, a private pool, home gym, theater room, basketball and tennis court, making it the perfect retreat for large groups, family gatherings, or special events. Please inquire for info about groups larger than 20 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Although the listing maximum is 16, this home can comfortably accommodate 20-25 people depending on your group makeup. The master suite includes a king bed with a luxury bath and a soaking tub with spectacular panoramic views. In addition to the master suite, there are 5 private bedrooms, 3 of them have queen beds, one comes with a bunk bed, and the last room has a Murphy-style pull out. Downstairs there is a beautiful custom-built bunk bed wall containing 6 double beds plus 3 more twin beds. Bring the whole crew!!

This place was amazing. I'd go as far as to say that the listing didn't even cover all it has to offer. It was perfect for our large family gathering and had everything for all ages. Pool, hot tub, pickleball, tennis, basketball, fire pit, home theater, game room, play structure, turf field for soccer and games, not to mention the incredible fitness center which we didn't even use. This place is spacious! So many comfortable beds and plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen, including a walk-in cooler. The main living area is large with lots of seating. There was so much to do the many TV's in the house barely even got turned on. Any time there was an issue (only minor questions), hosts were quick to respond. We did this as a surprise 50th wedding anniversary for my parents, and they are already talking about "next time." We loved that this place was clean and luxurious, without being overly formal.
What a wonderful find outside Jacksonville! This home has all the fun activities that will keep you entertained and really no need to venture into Jacksonville unless you need an item from your grocery list, or have Britt concert to go to! We had so much fun, memorable memories were made! Jon and Joel were prompt with communication and made it a smooth comfortable stay!
Jon's place is fantastic, I brought a large group to stay there and everyone had a great time hanging out in the huge kitchen/dining/living room area. They were able to work out, swim, relax and have a good time. Jon and Joel were very communicative and there was plenty of parking. Incredible property!

The home is new to the AirBnB family but Jon and Joel were super responsive to any questions and feedback we had. We stayed in March and are already looking forward to a summertime visit so we can experience all of the outdoor activities properly. Once you arrive, there is simply no reason to leave until checkout. It’s gorgeous! We stayed as a large group with 12 teenagers. They could not get enough of all the activities and were super bummed our volleyball tournament only lasted two days.
