Great property with great access to beautiful beach! Property comes with everything you need (except for AC) so bring fans! Great stay and place for family!!!

Although this listing is not directly on the beach, there is a fenced backyard sandlot. This provided us with a safe enclosure. There was also a bonus picnic table, fire pit, hoses and great deck with a stunning view of the bay. We were six adults and six children ranging from zero to six. There was lots of space for baseball, bocce ball, badminton and sandcastles all in the shade. This would be a difficult place for those not able to manage stairs. The beach is a five minute walk and the only issue was the beach area is only at the end of the beach access lane way. (August 2022) One could walk in the water to either end of the bay, which we did and enjoyed the warm water and views. We had a wonderful time.

Nice large wrap around deck. Perfect for most times of the day. Although the cottage does not air conditioning, the shade trees on the property and the breeze off the lake make it very comfortable.

Wow was this place clean when we got there! This is one of the most important things for us and Rebecca didn’t disappoint. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks, and the outdoor fire / eating setup was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Close to the beach. Loved the porch. Was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again
