This apt was perfect. Walkable to several restaurants and the amphitheater. Clean, great location and getting into the building and apt was very secure.
Perfect for walking to a concert at the Covelli Centre! Lovely, large studio apartment with everything you need. Felt safe with coded main entrance and apartment entry. 104 is on the first floor in the back. No stairs. Would definitely stay here again for downtown events. Also very close to Fellowes Gardens and Mill Creek park.
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean. Communication with host was great and responsive. Directions to get in and where to park were very clear. Was an easy walk to the Covelli Center. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town.
The apartment was extremely clean and was a great little space! Parking was convenient and located right next to the building. John was a great host and provided everything needed. I'd highly recommend this property if you need accommodations in the downtown Youngstown area as the hotel options in that area are quite limited and often much more expensive.
Really nice efficiency, within walking distance to a some good restaurants. Clean with chic decor. Debbie is very friendly!
