该房源远离闹市，安静、整洁、尤其是禁止吸烟，使我们很安心，居住期间热水器坏了一次，房东立即派人来修理了两次，房东很热情、善良，我们因为比赛推迟的原因延迟了两小时退房，房东很体贴地同意，并帮我把落在那里的快递寄到我的家里，一次愉快地杨斯顿之旅，明年还会再来啊🌹

Frederick's place was great. My family and I stayed at his place while attending my daughter's baby shower Labor Day weekend. The home was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. From, kitchen necessities, personal products, laundry essentials, and trash removal items. Not to mention the overall cleanliness and comfort, and smell of the home. And, Frederick's response time was an added plus. Oh, did I mention that there are tv's in all the bedrooms too. If your ever in The Youngstown area I highly recommend Frederick's home believe me you will be glad you did. Thanks Frederick for making our trip a memorable one. Our second stay here and it won't be our last. Great proximity to YSU and downtown. Nice space for a family visit and simply had everything we needed. Frederick is proactive with his communications and easy to work with. We really like staying here and will again.
