Filomena is very nice person, helpful, kind. We really appreciate 2 great cakes we got for snacks! Garden of the hause looks even better, than on pictures. Kitchen is not big, but for easy cooking enough. Sometimes we had troubles with warm watter but no big deal. Pool and jacuzzi are kind of old but still do the job. Great view to mountains and partly also to the sea. Two bus stops in walking distance, 3 supermarkets and cozzy little piazza with bars and restaurants. We can recomend for sure!

Lovely stay for our family group of 8. The pool keeps the kids entertained . Walkable distance to the nearest shops and pizza place. Bus stops to all the major sites. Will come back again . Ischia is a great place and lots of hidden gems. Filoma is very responsive and ensures our stay is comfortable.

Great location within walking distance of local restaurants and beach in Forio. Spacious outdoor area with a large garden, seating for 10 people or more and several sunbeds. The house has a nice pool and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi lacks hot water, but was warmed up by the sun. The kitchen lacked a few items like kitchen knives, wine glasses and such, but Filomena brought us these items within a day or two. All in all, a great stay in a beautiful island with great restaurants nearby in Forio. Great service by our host Filomena.

Alloggio completamente ristrutturato con caratteristiche sopra la media. Filomena è una padrona di casa estremamente gentile e disponibile. Servizio quotidiano di pulizia piscina e giardino. Non sono mancate dolci coccole fatte in casa, grazie al gentile omaggio di una torta genuina. Consigliatissimo

nice house, the outdoor space is very beautiful and cosy. the location is also good, near the charming village of Panza and not far from the bus stop. Filomena is very friendly and available to answer quickly your questions. 100% recommended!
