Great location and I loved how quiet the area was. A few things to note: I believe the drying rack in the bathroom for towels is broken, I also would have appreciated an air freshener because there is not much air circulation in the room and the airbnb had lots of still air. Since it is a street level apartment you can only open the window a little bit but I felt uncomfortable opening the window in case of theft or people on the street peering in. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. There was only one body towel per person and a towel for the floor in the bathroom, but I would have appreciated another towel per person. As i mentioned. since the drying rack was broken, our towels didn’t dry all trip. Also, the shower doesn’t have curtain and is majority open so the water spills on the entire bathroom floor. I would also like to note that the hot water runs out occasionally so 2 people can’t take a hot shower one after the other. I would still recommend because I felt well rested.

Guillaume was very nice and helpful. Great location within walking distance of Notre Dame, Ile St Louis, the Parthenon. Lots of yummy restaurants close by.

Instructions on getting in were very clear and easy to understand. The place is small and more appropriate for a single person as opposed to 2. The location is great - right off the street Rue Du Cardinal Lemoine. A good café is right down the street “Le Passage.” Had some great breakfast there! Place was clean; only exception was a stain on the fitted sheet towards the head of the bed. Also, the trashcan lids didn’t operate properly. The shower oversprays water on to the floor of the bathroom if you’re not careful. If you want a small, quiet place right in the Latin district that is reasonably priced and within walking distance of many attractions, this is a solid choice. Guillaume is very friendly and responded to our questions.

Great location and close to all attractions. Easy to catch public transportation. Very walkable. Felt safe walking around at night. Host was easy to communicate with. Thank you for all your help! I slept well in this space.
