This is a beautifully restored property with wonderful amenities and is just a stone’s throw from Worthing seafront, promenade and town centre. We needed a large house to accommodate our family of 8 for a wedding and the spec and layout of this house lends itself beautifully to large family gatherings. Everything is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is superbly equipped and there are plenty of seating and lounging areas for family to relax in. Peter is a great host, who is very proactive and easy to approach with any questions or assistance.

We stayed at Peter's place for the weekend and had a fantastic time. The property is very homely with all of the amenities, with lots of space to feel comfortable in. Peter was an excellent & friendly host, with great communication and attentiveness throughout. We got the 5-Star treatment. This is a great place to stay if you're a bigger group and want somewhere close to all the restaurants and sea, while also getting a lot of space and great value for money. We'd be keen to come back!

We had a gathering planned for eight family members and liked the look of Worthing as it was somewhere by the sea that we hadn’t visited yet. Peter’s place was the stand out from our search. We were not disappointed. First impressions when we arrived were very positive as the house looks magnificent from the outside. On the inside we were all very impressed with the way the house has been tastefully decorated and the amount of space we had. It made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is very big and well equipped. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds with good linen. The living space was perfect for us to chill away from the winter weather and the basement games room and cinema were a real bonus. Free parking was another positive. Finally, Peter goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable, a perfect host. I would highly recommend choosing Peter’s place for a gathering of family or friends.

This is the most beautiful house fantastic for groups. The decor and furnishings are beautiful. Peter has literally thought of everything! Having Christmas decorations and 2 Christmas trees was really special, making our New Years celebrations very festive. The place is immaculate and there is so much to do in the house as well as in walking distance nearby. (Try The Grape on Warwick Street, great wine and truffle honey!) Absolutely recommend this place and Peter is a great host. Photos of the house don’t really do the place justice
