An indipendent and ancient house that retains typical character of the fishing village and offers a traditional and simple way of living, but equipped with all comforts. The interior space, built on 3 floors, is intimate. The view on the central street of the village is bright. The proximity to shops, small restaurants and the sea is immediate. You immediately get in touch with the house and the village. Private parking nearby the house. Citra code: 010028-LT-0318 The house did already exist in the middle of the 18th century and preserves the original structure on three floors with high but short staircases. The ground floor and the first floor host the living area. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The house has been completely renovated and equipped in 2021/2022, in compliance with the original characteristics.

Annamaria hat uns herzlich begrüßt, es stand Focaccia bereit und wir haben die wichtigsten Lebensmittel für die ersten beiden Abendessen gefunden. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche ist hochwertig eingerichtet mit modernen Geräten, die Badezimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Cavi Borgo ist perfekt gelegen: direkt am Meer, schnell an der Autobahn, schnell im nächsten größeren Ort (Lavagna und Sestri Levante), trotzdem ruhig. Drei gute Restaurants in weniger als 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren im Oktober dort, Baden konnte man wegen hohen Seegangs nicht mehr, aber es gab trotzdem viel zu erleben und zu unternehmen. Ein toller Familienurlaub! Herzlichen Dank an Annamaria!

Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit in Cavi im Haus von Annamaria. Liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns dort wirklich wohl gefühlt! Cavi ist zauberhaft lebendig und gleichzeitig entspannt. Das Haus ist supernah am Strand, so dass man ohne Aufwand schnell baden gehen kann. Die Restaurants ums Haus herum haben uns alle sehr gut gefallen. In die Cinque Terre mit der Bahn war es nur ein Katzensprung und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Annamaria ist eine sehr freundliche und sehr zuverlässige Gastgeberin! Vielen herzlichen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annamaria‘s fabulous place. It is a wonderful house in a very nice, old area of Cavi, with very good restaurants next door and 2 minutes to the beach. We were traveling without a car and Maria and her husband kindly picked us up from the train station in Sestri Levante. The train station in Cavi is only a 10 minutes walk, without much luggage one can also walk from the station in Sestri Levante in 30 minutes. It was truly fabulous and we can highly recommend it!
