We have plenty of amenities for all the Family/Friends to enjoy & relax. Enjoy our Heated Pool, Our amazing HotTub for 7 people with a massage chair in it- We have Badminton Net for 4, Backyard CornHole, PingPong table for 4, Small soccer Nets, Gas FirePit, Gas BBQ Grill, Board Games, Pool Floats for kids and adults & much more! Our home makes an ideal place for Families/Friends looking to make the most of their time while on vacation. Come make unforgettable memories in our Space Coast Kasita. NUMBER OF GUESTS AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS: The four bedrooms can comfortably sleep 12 Guests, and while that is the recommended maximum of guests, BUT ADDITIONAL guests are able to utilize the 2 couches/sectionals we have in the living room and sunroom if they desire. For guests traveling with a BABY we have their own portable playpen/sleeping crib located in the masters room. POOL HEATING: Is FREE OF CHARGE for the months of October through April. The pool heater will be turned off during May through September. In those months, if you want to have it on during your stay, there will be an extra charge of $25 per night. PROPANE TANKS: They are included during your stay, (1 in the BBQ Grill and 1 in the FirePit Outdoor seating area. In case your propane tank runs out during your stay, you are more than welcome to refill it at your own expense. PROPERTY: This 4 bed/2 bath home is situated on approximately 1/3 of an acre. The backyard is fully fenced with half of it being a grass yard, and the other half lending itself to outdoor entertaining. Feel free to relax on either one of the two available sunbeds that are situated between a palm tree and our orange tree. If there are any oranges that are ripe and ready to eat, please feel free to help yourself and enjoy them! AMENITIES: Come have fun swimming in our private Heated Pool, or just relax in the Hot tub/Bar area, Have a Ping pong tournament by the outdoor lounge area, take naps in our sun-beds by the palm trees, Put your grill skills to the test in our outdoor BBQ Grill and have a story-tell time by our cozy fire pit in the long seating area under the Pergola. Games on our backyard include Badminton Net for 4, Backyard CornHole for 2, Small soccer Nets for All ages, Various Board Games, Pool Floats for kids and adults. Ample outdoor lighting for ALL day activities and overhead cover allows for enjoyment of the space day or night, and rain or shine. We have board games for indoor activities and TV entertainment packed with Free Channels. Don't Forget to get connected to our FREE- WIFI through out the property ! (Note: Please keep in mind to put all toys, utensils and games in their designated areas when you are done using them.) KITCHENS/SEATING AREA: Our indoor and outdoor kitchens are fully equipped with all utensils, The extra long dining table with bench seating on side allows for all of our guests to sit and enjoy meals together. As well, there is plenty of outdoor seating available so that everyone has a spot to relax.

Beautiful home!!
This host house is immaculate and adorable. Clean, well appointed with tons of outside activities. The house is so well set up with instructions for anything you might need or use. Easily sleeps 14. We stayed with 3 pairs of homeschool parent/students for a local academic competition. There was space for rest and relaxation, as well as, enough space to sit and work independently and find quiet. The restrooms had shampoo/Conditioner/body wash, Q-tips, etc. Full kitchen. Did not use grill. The pool had all sorts of amazing seating areas, toys/games, jacuzzi that was so cute and pristine. The only draw backs the parking is slightly limited for 14 guest. You would not be able to accommodate excessive amount of vehicles. The beds are firm, but the one guest who was unhappy was thrilled with the couch and there were multiple options. We will definitely stay again, simply for some R&R. Highly recommend.

Great place and convenient location. The hosts were very responsive. The outdoor area was great and my group enjoyed spending time together outside. I would recommend bringing some bug spray with you because it’s Florida and mosquitoes can be a nuisance anytime of year.
Pros: The back yard was fabulous for a family get together with kids. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The house had new furniture in great condition. The house was clean. Cons: The house is on a busy street. The first day we arrived the pool was green, the owners said they had contacted the pool guy- he came and shocked it- which meant we couldn't use it for 24 hrs. The first night in the house, the air- conditioning was set to 68- but the house temp was 78. My SIL- opened up the furnace and the filters hadn't been changed in a long time- filthy. Once we went to HD and bought 2 new filters and screwdrivers and changed them out, it worked fine. The owners did feel bad that it had been overlooked. They gave us a reimbursement back for the inconvenience of the work that needed to be done when we got there.
