Beautiful clean and safe area/place The only inconvenience was the construction which blocked off where we go from our building so we had to go all the way down and around the marina and through all the bumps 3-4 times a day so took extra time to get to our ballfields and other activities which maybe Zack was unaware of other issue was the toilet in bathroom always had to lift handle after flushing or would run !! Train was little loud at times but not a deal breaker also the place needs a nice big clock inside only on stove so had to check phones constantly !

We stayed at this property for two weeks and loved it. The place is laid out beautifully. The trains do travel by there regularly but we just didn't find it to be that big of a deal. The location is great, very close to U.S. 1 and downtown Stuart. We look forward to staying there again.

The train is a bit loud and passes often so light sleepers might not love it..

Zach’s place was pristine with great views in a great location. Zach was very responsive to all questions that we had. We loved having the restaurant, pool and gym onsite but honestly there were lots of other walkable things to do as well. I enjoyed taking my morning walks on the river walk just steps from the unit. The train is close and a bit loud but definitely not a deal breaker. We’ll be back!
