Just a two minute car ride from Marsden beach where you can marvel at the world-famous rock and Grotto. Very close to generous and underrated shopping amenities at the nook! About 2 miles from the town centre with superb bus links. Free parking on street. Pets welcome!

Overall an OK place to stay, the house was clean and tidy had easy access. there wasn't much in terms of cooking utensils in the kitchen which would be a problem if you want to cook food. The big problem is the shower or the lack of water coming out of it if you want a hot or even luke warm shower. For 5 people going to a funeral this was a real problem.

I can’t fault the facilities, clean well equipped kitchen etc.
Clean and tidy house, just felt unfinished. Sleeps 6 but only lounge seating for 2, pleasant non the less.
It was a great place to stay would highly recommend it to anyone as I did enjoy my time there

Parking is free on-street. The area is primarily residential. You can get bus E1 at nearby Horsley Hill, at the side of the roundabout closest to the house; to the seafront or town centre interchange, or bus E2 to the town centre interchange via Chichester station. Getting either bus the other way takes you to Marsden Beach but this is walking distance for many.
Some basic shops are at Horsley Hill with a wider selection the other way up Centenary Avenue at the Nook (half a mile at most)
