This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood and it's close to the heart of San Gabriel City.
The house is located in the heart of San Gabriel Valley, 3 min driving to I-10 freeway, 10 min driving to Pasadena, 15 min driving to downtown LA, 40 min driving to LAX, Disneyland, Universal Studio and etc., and you can walk to big supermarkets in 10 min.
