Welcome to our newly updated 2 bed, 2 bath 1910 sq ft basement apartment. We’ve worked hard to make this a place we’d love to stay. We hope you love it too! It’s located in one of the most convenient spots you can stay. You’re close to sports, hospitals, culture, food, outdoors, events, freeways, and more. Location doesn't get much better than this. You can get to whatever brought you to Utah in little to no time. We love the proximity to the outdoor recreation but the distance and time to downtown, medical facilities, religious centers, expo centers, shopping centers, silicon slopes, etc are all within 30 min. If you need to go beyond the Salt Lake Valley you're within 5-10 minutes of all major freeways to get there. The apartment offers a lot of space, 1910 sq ft in total. There are 2 large, they are very large, bedrooms with large walk in closets. One bedroom is a master suite with a memory foam queen bed and a private bathroom. The other is the guest bedroom with a memory foam queen bed, twin day bed, and twin trundle bed. The walk in closet in the guest room has a pack and play for infants/toddlers. We offer a fully functional and stocked kitchen with all the needed cookware and appliances to make a great home cooked meal (e.g. refrigerator, over/range, microwave, blender, air fryer, instapot, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster, spice rack, cooking/baking sheets, knife set, cooking and serving utensils, sugar, flour, butter, etc). The dining area includes a work desk if you need to work while here. The living room has a smart TV with wifi connection and a sofa sleeper. It's easy to convert back and forth between the couch and queen bed. If you'd like help let us know and we'll show you how it works. You can unzip the back cushions to get extra space on the bed. All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and showers/bathtubs have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One of our favorite perks of the apartment is the gear room with laundry machines. Wash and clean all your gear and clothes while traveling. Dry your boots, gloves, socks, etc with the included boot dryer, store skis, gloves, helmets, coats, etc in the cabinets and provided racks. Here's a list of things with close proximity that might be relevant for your stay: - 5 min to a movie theater, gym, and numerous restaurants. They're 2 blocks away so very walkable. - Less than 10 minutes from multiple grocery stores (Smith's, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Wal-Mart). - 9 min to the Mountain America Expo Center and Rio Tinto Stadium (MLS Real Salt Lake). - 18 min to downtown which includes the Utah Jazz Stadium, LDS Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Shopping Center, Restaurants, and more. - 21 min to Primary Children's Hospital, University of Utah (UoU) Hospital, and the numerous medical facilities associated with the UoU. - 27 min to the world class Flight Park hangliding and paragliding and training park. - 27 min or less to the 4 world class ski resorts up little and big cottonwood canyons. - 28 min to Silicon Slopes tech hub, Traverse Mountain Retail Outlets, Cabela's, Adobe, and Thanksgiving Point. - 34-40 min to Park City and Deer Valley Ski resorts.
