Great stay for our family! Enjoyed the pool table

positives: A great place to stay for a ski weekend. Close in proximity to cottonwood canyon resorts (brighton, snowbird, etc). and to park and ride locations for UTA transit (driving distance, not walking). Kitchen contains everything you would expect, making it easy to make your own food. Bathroom is good, but can be a choke point with the number of guests. plenty of towels. negatives: as to be expected in a basement apartment, the upstairs occupants make a loud noise impression on the unit. talking, music, and chairs are very noticeable. thankfully for our stay, the occupants weren’t noisy too late, or too early. there are very few places to hang wet ski gear or towels. a few hooks or racks would go a long way to improving the experience here. overall: a great affordable rental for your Ski/Board strike mission

Kyler’s place was great. Location is so close to Little Cottonwood for skiing. Our dog loved the yard and the park! There were also a lot of kitchen staples which is always nice.

We live in the same area as this listing. Our house was getting repiped and we wanted a landing spot while our water was shut off. It was a great place for my husband and I to work during the day while a team of people were working on our house. We brought our dog. The park down the street was a perfect place for walks. The apartment itself was VERY clean. It is a basement apartment with great natural light. My kids joined us after school and it was a comfortable place for them to relax and do homework. My daughter loved the pool table. There was an issue with a door that had a broken lock. Kyler responded and offered to fix it right away. Kyler was a great host - flexible and prompt. Thanks!!

Great location with close access to the mountains. The mudroom was perfect for letting our skis/boards dry off. Kyler was very responsive and accommodating. Having a pool table was a great bonus. Overall the place was clean, easy check in/out and we would definitely stay here again!
