The house is older but it’s in the perfect location and great value compared to similar homes in the area. We felt right at home during our stay. The house is clean, and has great views of the beach + and pool Only 15 minutes driving from downtown, walkable beach access, close to grocery stores, and super responsive host. Would stay here again!

There are many things in this home that are wonderful: the views, the gated community, the pool, the private beach nearby. Our hosts were also very responsive and easy to reach. The house itself, however, needs to be refreshed. It’s an older home that feels like it was just purchased and hurriedly made ready for rental. The 2 main beds are comfortable (critical imo) but the rest of furniture is less so and everything looks a bit worn. The house felt dusty. There are also 2 new homes being built across the street. Overall, we felt we got a decent value since other homes in the area were more expensive, but the shortcomings are important and should have been made clearer.

This place was a great stay for us and our 7 month old. Easy access to the beach, which meant easy to get back home for nap time. Nice and clean with a great view

The one good feature of this property is the view. It is uninhibited to see the sun rise and whale watch.  The property is not ready to host guests, shows as if it's been vacant and check-in instructions were not offered prior to our arrival. There wasn't transparency that the property is surrounded by construction and we arrived to jack-hammering. There isn't a single item of comfort or coziness. The couches beneath the covers are stained and filthy. The mattresses are old and dirty. We worried about bed bugs and woke everyday with bites. Every room had something broken - the most concerning was electrical outlets hanging out of the wall and a rusted propane tank. The twin daybed is not safe to sleep upon due to being wobbly, loud and not properly bolted together. The wifi is slow and often goes down.  We wanted to love this place. It has potential but has severe deferred maintenance and is lacking love and attention by the owner. The location requires frequent Ubers or a rental car.

The house was great and Victoria was a great host. Just as described, safe and very private.
