Fishing, agriculture, local activities, and wildlife surround our peaceful hideaway. We fell in love with this place! Come immerse yourself in its natural serenity. The unit is attached to the main house and recently remodeled. The 12+ acres still needs a lot of work, so we are offering a lower rate. The interior is an open concept, studio layout attached to the main house. There are large windows so you can enjoy the view of the Main Umpqua River from the space or open the windows to hear the natural sounds of the river, wind through the trees, and wildlife. There is a side door out to a private patio for our guests. Enjoy nature while relaxing in the hot tub or take a walk down by the river!! In the spring, when you step outside our suite, it often feels as though you are standing in an open aviary. Remodeling the hideaway space has been our main focus over the past few months. The next phase will entail improvements to the property, outbuildings, and opening up the 900 feet of Main Umpqua River frontage even more. There is a fire pit and outdoor furniture available for your use just off the riverbank. We will have additional amenities as well as river access this summer. Watch your step when walking on the property as the ground can be uneven. Fisherman - we have plenty of room to accommodate parking a vehicle with a boat! Just let us know, and we'll make sure there's a designated spot waiting for you along our wraparound driveway.
