The house was clean, well laid out and comfortable. It was the perfect amount of space for my family. The outside space was great, loved having the lake right in the backyard and the usage of the kayaks/row boat/canoe. The instructions and check in were clear and communication from the host was excellent. It is near copper state falls which is why we stayed there. There are not a lot of options for dining or groceries in the immediate vicinity. Also it would be preferable to have a car with all wheel drive, four wheel drive on the road leading up to the house. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

English lake escape was a perfect place for my family to gather and explore the fall foliage. The place is perfectly located on a lake with a little sandy shore and dock. The view across the lake was a tree covered hill with bright leafed trees. Nice privacy from neighbors with a thick tree line separating the property. The inside of the house is cabin decorated and very beautiful and fully stocked with all your needs to cook, clean, shower, and entertain. The Internet is extremely fast and we were able to stream multiple movies at a time. We had fun playing the roulette wheel provided one night. Copper falls State Park is about 20 min drive with family friendly hikes with nice views of waterfalls. Gregg was a very friendly host and communicated timely with all information. When our dog sitter cancelled last minute he had no issue with us bringing along our pup last minute. If this place is available book it!
