We loved our stay at the blue beach house! The house is beautiful and decorated nicely. It was very clean and neat when we arrived. James even got a pack and play for our toddler! The house is walkable to the beach and it was made easier with the wagon supplied by James! There are also boogie boards and sand toys at the house that our family loved. Would highly recommend!

My family rented this house for spring break and it exceeded our expectations! The house is so clean and new, very close to the beach, and has all the things you need. James is a great host - he even bought a pack n play crib to have there after I asked him if there was a crib. So generous! We’ll definitely come back.

Staying at James's house was such a delight that we didn't hesitate to book it again. It's a fantastic spot for ocean lovers with its close proximity to the beach. I made sure not to miss a single sunrise, and this time around, we savored the sunsets and went fishing by the river. Without a doubt, it's the ultimate retreat in Palm Coast, and we look forward to returning.

This home on Palm Coast was ideal. Easy walk to beach in a quiet neighborhood. The home felt spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved having access to the bikes and beach wagon!
