Outdoors, a private heatable pool beckons for relaxation and enjoyment of splendid views. The first floor unveils a king bedroom with a bathroom, a haven of convenience and seclusion. Ascend to the second floor, where a super comfortable family room adds entertainment value. The master king bed suite exudes luxury, while an additional king bedroom and the Mickey-themed room with two single beds extend equal invitation. The Nemo bedroom, featuring a bunk bed with a double and a single, alongside a third bedroom with two single beds, assure utmost comfort. Further enhancing your experience, a game room adds a dash of fun, while a laundry room with washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, and a welcome kit with essentials anticipate your needs. House size and layout were perfect for our needs. Location to Disney and shopping was great! Response time was quick. The bad: It did not resemble the pics very well. Pics showed plush bedding and fully decorated kids' rooms but the bedding was a cheap blanket and a sheet, made backwards (sheet on top, blanket underneath) and the kids' rooms were missing all the decor (esp. Nemo room). Only 1 roll TP/bath, 1 roll paper towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 garbage bag; we had to purchase extra. There was mold in some of the showers, hair in the bathrooms, dust hanging off the fans; we had to purchase cleaning supplies. The floors and carpet were filthy, one walk from upstairs to down and back produced dirty feet. Hadn't been vacuumed (or the vacuum not working well) as there were loose lint pieces everywhere. The bunk beds were wobbly, screws loose and visible. Towel bar and TP holder in down bath fell off the wall. We know the area turns around often and quickly, but this all could be avoided.
I’ll give everything a 7 out of 10
We brought a big group (12 people) out for a trip and had a great time. We did run out of toilet paper and trash bags, but that is to be expected with a large group. From the photos, we expected a hot tub and pool, but both things are the same temperature. On further review, the description never claimed it was a hot tub, so it was just a misunderstanding from the look of the photos. The host was responsive and increased the temperature of our pools, but just don’t expect an actual hot tub. Lastly, with such a large group, the showers did sometimes run out of hot water. This was a great value house and our group had a wonderful time! We would definitely return.
Great location for Disney Parks. Great location in Storey Lake walking distance to pool. Very clean. Very spacious. Beds comfortable and not broken down. Loved having many bathrooms for our family. We paid for pool heat and was worth it 100%. kids swam at night and were warm on the cooler days of November. As can happen with any property, had a minor maintenance issues that was resolved in less than 24 hours... very responsive.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and well organized, and the communication with the host was wonderful.

Storey Lake Resort has the perfect location just 10 minutes from all major attractions and theme parks in Orlando (Walt Disney World, Universal Resort and Sea World). You will find fantastic resort amenities for the whole family to enjoy with a tiki bar, a resort-style pool with slides and lazy river, sports court, mini-golf, kaiak and fitness center. There are 2 clubs inside the property, one of them with a themed pirate pool that kids will love is just walking distance from the house. Located just off Osceola Parkway, the resort has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets, everything with a just 5 minutes drive distance.
