Upon our arrival, we encountered a few minor issues, but William promptly addressed and resolved each one. His quick action ensured that our stay was not only uninterrupted but also thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience.

Exactly what was needed for comfort and convenience

The place is huge, lots of beds, big family room, two big tables for meals, games, etc. It's near the RR tracks and you can definitely hear trains going by but it wouldn't keep me from renting again. My reason for 4 stars is twofold: 1: It wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There was dust on the ceiling fans, so they'd drop dust when turned on. One of the beds had not been changed and had crumbs in the bed and on the mattress. There were dishes in the dishwasher, unclear if they were clean or dirty. Storage room for extra sheets and towels was a mess. Nothing was folded, linens were just in piles on the shelves. We washed everything before using it. 2: The kitchen wasn't well stocked. Not enough plates or utensils for everyone (we were 8 and the listing is for 10). 2 of the beds didn't have comforters. When I texted William, he went out and bought plates, silverware, comforters, spatulas. He was very responsive and I expect he'll ensure there are improvements in the future.
