Second time we have booked with Paul, as before, everything was clean and exactly as described. Love the condo, views are amazing and it’s within walking distance of everything in downtown Sandusky. Highly recommended!

Great place. We came in for Cedar Point opening day. The apartment was a short drive to the park and walking distance to various restaurants when we got home late from the park, so location was perfect. Nice views of the water & the apt was clean and cozy. Thanks for the great stay.

This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean, everything was nice, the view of the water was awesome. The beds were comfy. I would most definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay during our hectic cheer weekend!

On a recent trip to Oberlin to visit family, we had the unfortunate experience in having to change accommodations at the last minute. So, a mad dash on the internet, and lots of calls finally resulted in us finding Paul's place. We were very transparent with our circumstances in our messages and were able to finalize the transaction within 3hrs. I have to say that I am highly impressed with Paul's attention to detail with his instructions and his very timely responses. The condo is exactly as advertised, meticulously maintained and presented ready for us emaculately cleaned, which is a big thing for us. Instructions were easy to follow, and the unit provided a fabulous and enjoyable stay. Paul was very attentive to our needs and provided every possible bit of information for the nearby restaurants, shopping, tours, nightlife and basic needs for being away from home. While the location is a bit of a drive from Oberlin, Paul's place is worth it and would be our choice for future visits
