We are not far from the St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton campus on a quiet street in a desirable neighborhood. Eat on our screened-in porch, sit in our garden-like backyard and enjoy family time together. Open first-floor area ideal for comfortable gatherings. Available for some special event weekends at area colleges. This is a two-story house with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor and two bedrooms and another full bath on the second floor. There is also a finished basement with a futon, couch, love seat and TV. We have a large, private backyard to go with our screened-in porch and additional deck space. Large, landscaped backyard great for lawn games and gatherings.
