Prior to our arrival, we inquired about the need for an "amenity card". The property manager was not clear on what an "Amenity card" was, why it was so expensive and what it covered. Asked numerous times. Seems overpriced for what you got for it but still extremely unclear. Be advised, restaurants will kick you out if you do not have an amenity card for each person but this property wanted to charge 12% of entire rental + $50/card for entry to the restaurants? Unclear on why it is so expensive. Seems it should be included in the property cost. Additionally, there did not seem to be enough towels. Seemed each person only received one towel. The linen closet in the primary room was disorganized and seemed some of the linens in the there had not been washed. Additionally, the property needs a better way to secure the trash cans. On our Saturday arrival, trash had not been picked up and animals scattered everywhere and we had to pick up. Property needs new kitchen utensils, pots/pans,etc

Very nice place- plenty of space for family of 4. Great location on island and very close to beach. Everything about house is accurate and house was very clean. Highly recommend to stay here.
