Beautiful location! Everything was modern and felt like home. Close to all the local restaurants but still a peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back!

Location: the area was great, quiet, and felt safe. The condo is in a complex that requires a security code, which felt private and nice. There's a cute and friendly dog that likes to come up to to you for pets in the parking lot in the evenings :) The Space: Yenny very thoughtfully provided everything you would need including four beach chairs, towels in a basket, and a cooler. The kitchen seemed to have all the utensils necessary, although we didn't cook. The couch was comfy and the beds felt very luxe (and can even be elevated into a sitting position to watch TV from bed!). The bathrooms were clean and had wonderful showers. Amenities: the hot tub and pool in the complex were definitely a plus. Although the hot tub sometimes is not hot and you wouldn't know how to find the dial for the jets unless someone informed you (it's hidden in the bushes by the elevators). There's two private balconies, an outdoor grill, a gym, and nice seating areas. The four of us had a wonderful time!

Great condo and location. Quick drive to the Palm beach area. Just a couple of minutes to the Ritz. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made use of it to cook our breakfast before heading to the beach. Beds were comfy and having two full baths worked great for us. The restaurant “La Mer” located right below was excellent. The unit had two large balconies that you can sit out at and enjoy the warm breezes. Yenny was so easy to connect with and quick to respond.

This place was perfect! The unit its self was free of clutter, super clean on arrival, very modern, safe and quiet. I wouldn’t say it’s walkable, but we had a rental car and everything we needed was within 5 min. The condo had its own free assigned parking space too, which was a bonus. The pictures are an exact representation of the unit and the amenities are even more beautiful than the pictures. Host was very responsive with communication and provided all instructions well before check in. We would recommend and return to this location.
