We have stayed at Rebecca's place several times as we travel to see family in Tennessee. It has been fun to see the pretty neighborhood in different seasons. Rebecca's place has always been neat, clean, and tidy inside and out. We look forward to our next stay.

Super clean and spacious home on a nice quiet street. We enjoyed our stay, was a short drive to Virginia Tech (about 20 min). Very cozy and super clean!! Would definitely stay here again!

Rebecca is super responsive - Upon arrival, the smoke detector battery was dying and she quickly sent over new batteries so that was great. The house was clean, linens nice and kitchen well stocked. We also appreciated the easy check out procedures. That said, this house simply wasn't a good fit for us - we left early. We found the beds uncomfortable and the air fresheners too strong. We were surprised to find both screen door closers missing and the upstairs shower door broken. My husband fixed the latter so we could use it easier. We brought our dog and while the backyard is fenced, it and the front yard were both very overgrown. The owner did tell us just prior to arriving that they hadn't been able to mow the lawn due to the weather but neighboring houses did have mowed lawns so that wasn't great, especially since we're in tick season already. Finally, quite a few neighbors also had dogs that barked a lot at our already nervous dog, putting her more on edge as well.

It was a nice open space. The beds were really comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. Good communication with host.
