Joe was the perfect host, and this was a great place to stay during the holidays! It is in a quiet little neighborhood so is perfectly peaceful, and the view was great -- especially with all the wildlife around. The home was very clean, bed was comfortable, and overall it was well furnished. A far better stay than any hotel in southeastern MA could provide! We'll always look for this place first on future trips in the area. Thank you, Joe!!

Beautiful, well-appointed house that felt like home. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area, and the view from the back porch is amazing. The house was very clean and well appointed. They have a very large and comfortable living room for relaxing indoors if the weather isn’t good enough to enjoy the rear patio. Joe and Kathy were great hosts. They left a lot of extras including a few bottles of wine, Starbucks k-cups, snacks, waters, etc. They were also quick to respond to questions and always willing to help. We highly recommend Water’s Edge Cottage and will stay there again when we are back in the area.

The House of Serenity was just awesome: we wanted a quiet get-away and we got it. Joe and Kath were terrific, terribly responsive. We plan to stay there again soon.
